I was stable on my meds for over 5 years. I came to the coast from Las Vegas NV, and Dr, Reagan was my first psychiatrist. About 9 months into treatment, he decided I didn't need one medication at all and over 3 months just stopped prescribing it. I had a serious problem with this and he suggested I find another doctor. Since that time (it has been close to a year now) I have become worse and worse. It is also well known that this dr. is the only psychiatrist who accepts medicare. I suffer from major depressive disorder and have been hospitalized numerous times until I found the right meds. Dr. Reagan apparently thought that didn't matter. So I want it known, if I kill myself, it is a direct result of his NOT understanding the depth of my illness. (Also he had me down as being 10 years older, and never once sent for my previous records) If you want to get well and stay that way, STAY AWAY!!!

suggested the same medication three difference times although I cannot tolerate it. Takes forever for the receptionist to make an appointment and has trouble with billing. If you are afraid of dogs don't even go there since they have the largest dog I have seen. I have no confidence whatsoever since I ended up suggesting the meds I needed on my first visit as I was over medicated. took him three visits to figure this out.

Awful staff and doctor... they'll rip you off if they get the chance. Linda is unbelievably rude, I'm assuming they don't look online to check their reviews because they're making absolutely no effort to improve their services. Absolutely pathetic.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor. I felt like a guinea pig being experimented with for the variety of meds that were tried on me, which had awful side effects. I also believe he misdiagnosed me. He paid more attention to his computer than to my issues, charged for psychotherapy he didn't do, was brusk, and more that I can't remember right now. I was worse off after nine months than when I went in to see him. And. on top of that, his billing/office manager, Linda, is completely incompetent, doesn't have a clue about filing insurance claims or getting prior authorization for the appointments. She is nasty towards clients and expected me to do her work for her. When she somehow managed to get a prior authorization for my husband instead of me, that was the last stroke. I terminated treatment.

Dr. Reagan is a good doc in my opinion. Linda the office manager is allowed to behave poorly to patients and staff because she is Dr. Reagan's live in significant other. I don't recommend complaining to him about Linda because they are together and she's not going anywhere.

The office manager linda is absolutely awful to everyone! Beware of going here unless you just want prescription drugs! And even then be prepared to be screamed at anytime your even late on a bill. Not the way a medical practice should behave.

I thought Dr. Reagan cared about his patients, but that is not the case! As soon as his office manager had to actually work to comply with my ins. to get payment, she turned into a Raving idiot! When I tried to help her she wouldn’t listen or answer my questions concerning billing, mistakes, or anything. She actually yelled and screamed on the phone and she hung up on me on more than one occasion! She refused to let me talk to the Doctor. As soon as the money wasn’t coming in easily, they didn’t care about my well-being, it was all about money! That’s not a doctor that cares about his patients! I told him I thought it was unethical for him to allow Linda to have any contact with his patients! BEWARE!! Any stories you hear about her, no matter how crazy they sound, are probably true!

Dr. Reagan diagnosed me well initially. After a series of different medications I found one that worked great for my condition. After that, our follow up visits were primarily talking about events of the day or fishing to the tune of $220 for 20 minutes. My only issue with Dr. Reagan is his incredibly horrible office manager. She wouldnt even bother trying to get an out of network provider for my insurance, which would have brought my cost to $70 dollars a session instead of $220, even though I had already cleared it with my insurance. There is no billing, and when we agreed to have my balance paid to a certain point by my next appointment, a statement that I still have in writing, she called a week before the appointment and screamed at me, yes, screamed at me over the phone and "fired" me as a patient. When I called back at least trying to get my balance, again i was yelled at like a child with a bad mother and hung up on.
