This guy is a douchebag!!! Total waste of your time! Very unprofessional and didn’t answer any questions about procedure and left the room and said he was coming back to answer any questions. Never came back but sent his nurse in and she couldn’t answer my questions. She called him back to my room and he walks in and says here’s what he can do or not do but he has other patients to see. I told him I was fine and proceeded to cancel everything with him!

Had my colonoscopy done by him, after I went through prepping, after the surgery he said he couldn’t get in and never explained himself. Couldn’t do it is all he said and left. I won’t ever go back, he’s horrible. And he wasted my time. Also the staff at the front desk are not cordial and have no personality at all. It is like pulling teeth to get an appointment.

My experience with Dr Armstrong was not a pleasant one, he was very unprofessional
He didn't cared about me as a patient. For anyone who want to go to this doctor. I say fine another doctor to go to. Find another facility even the office you have a hard time reaching the nurse it's about 5 weeks after my procedure, I went for my last follow-up and I saw another doctor. I am waiting for their office to reach out to my insurance because the insurance company is waiting on them to call so they can get the authorization for the medication. As I said this is not a good doctor his bedside manners is not good. I'm not saying he does not have the education but his bedside manners is not welcoming.

He was the on call doctor for the practice that did my colonoscopy. He’s incredibly rude. I’m having a unexpected experience (bleeding that just turned heavier and pain) days after my procedure and called the after hours line right after they closed, so not middle of the night. He made it clear I was wasting his time and told me to call my doctor in the morning. No help. No perspective. I had to call the line twice to get a call back.

Awful doctor. Waited at his office for a while before seeing him, Paid 7500 for a colonoscopy and hemorrhoidal banding. Did not fix the issue, and I didn't even get a diagnosis.. NEVER SEE HIM!

Please avoid at any cost. Dr. Armstrong is short and curt to the point of being rude. I was willing to overlook his negative personality, hoping he was a better surgeon. I saw him to remove 3 hemorrhoids. During the operation, he elected to remove two hemorrhoids, not the three that we had discussed. 18 months later, I am going back through this difficult surgery to have the 3rd hemorrhoid removed. He never gave a good explanation as to why he did not remove the third and only wrote a mandatory post operation report after several requests. He wrote a short paragraph that disguised the fact that he did not remove all three. My wife is a 20+ year physician and felt that he was terrible Dr. Stay away

Awful guy. Big ego. Had no idea what he was talking about. Can't solve problems. If its not obvious, he (just like any other doctor) wouldn't bother solving the problem. What are these idiots learning in medical school?

Dr leaves the impression he doesn't care that much about the patient. If you have trouble after the procedure, he he'd rather not bother with you. He already made his money and it's time to move onto his next case.
