Dr. Peeris was my family doctor for over 20 years and throughout the years I found her to be hot and cold. Sometimes very friendly and helpful, other times very abrupt and cold. Too moody, which I was frustrated with. Recently, struggled to get referrals to specialists for lump in armpit and moles looked at. She finally agreed to send me to specialist for the mole after 3 months of telling me it was nothing and the specialist would laugh at it. Turns out the mole was pre-cancerous, thank goodness I followed my gut and fought. If you`re a person who is not intimidated or not afraid to fight for yourself then she can be good, but if you tend to get intimidated easily then perhaps another doctor would be better. When she is in a good mood, she is great and helpful, but if in a foul mood, look out and be ready to fight for you.

In this day and age when Doctors are few and far between I consider my self blessed to have an experienced Dr that takes the time and care to tell me sometimes things I may not want to hear. I've only had to wait once because of an emergency, try a 8 hour wait at the hospital along with all the other people that don't have the good fortune to have a family doctor.

Dr. Peeris has been my family doctor for 40 years. She cares about all of her patients. I can call and most times get in to see her with a day or 2, not weeks!!!!!!

Known for trying numerous meds until finding which one works, won't go back to her, was always ready to give you all kinds of sample containers
