Her staff is absolutely incompetent. And rude on top of that. Dealing with them is much, much more difficult than the medical issue that brought me there in the first place. The simplest of requests (a Rx refill) takes weeks and multiple, multiple phone calls. Total nightmare and a waste of time. And this was not a one time deal - they have done this over and over again.

Wouldn't trust her with a rabid coyote. She mis diagnosed my mother with tendinitis and bursitis for months before a PT sent her to the ER for x-rays because Dr. Smith wouldn't listen. What she really had was a terminal form of blood cancer. She failed to listen to my mom and my mom paid with her life.
