I am 65 years old and have had a lot of dentistry done in my years. I have NEVER had a tooth extraction as brutal as this one. Dr Chiarot, came in the room, to freeze my jaw and even that was extremely rough. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and it felt like hours. At one point, I raised up off of the chair. I squinted my eyes closed for the whole procedure, until he was finished putting in the stitches. I would not, under any circumstances go back to this dentist! WOW

Dr. Marco is just an amazing all around guy. Very chill. Put my mind at ease about having an extraction. I hate needles and made it known, he was very careful, never felt a thing. And he was done in less than 3 mins !!!

I was referred to Dr. Chiarot a few years ago. It was the worst experience of my life. I am a veteran with 3 tours and nothing compares to this experience. I was having an implant done. It was so painful I kept screaming with pain. All he did was tell me to “shut up! You are bothering the kids next door!” No further freezing was given. I felt them drilling into my jaw bone. When it was all over, his assistant took me for a final X-ray to check placement. She said,” don’t worry dear the freezing will be out soon, we did not use that much”!
What the hell was that!!? When he let me go I ran out of there as fast as I could. My husband chased after me and kept asking what was wrong. It took a good 15 minutes before I could speak!!!

My in person consultation was professional and all my questions and concerns were address and when I went in for my wisdom tooth extraction it was quick efficient and done with care and minimal pain.

I’m very sorry for everyone who had a bad experience. But I found him to be absolutely fabulous. I had an implant placed that I was apprehensive about and he answered all my questions with kindness. Had a follow up concern and I was seen within hours.

I just read some of the negative comments here and I felt like these people must face gone to a different office. My experience was exceptional, staff and Dr. C were above awesome. I’m not a kid and I’ve had plenty of medical and dental treatment over the years and I would rate this experience at the top in terms of very favourable overall experience and outcome.

I had three wisdom teeth out recently. I have extreme dental anxiety and am in my mid-forties. The staff and nurses were so helpful and kind in alleviating my concerns. The extractions were done in record time with absolutely no issues healing. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Chariot’s fast and precise work was truly amazing!

Son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Problems 5 days later on a day that the office was closed. No one returned my messages. Luckily our family dentist saw him urgently. Dry socket plus infection. This is not surgeon’s fault but they were not available when he needed them. When I called them the next day the office open, they said it was Eastlink ‘s fault that the phones were not switched over to the on call service. But they could not explain why they had still not called me after the office opened. Paid $1500 and had no access to urgent care.
