Doctor Frayne is an awesome doctor, have been seeing him since he took over for Doctor George, about 28-30 years. Seeing him is like meeting up with an old friend, always smiling and makes you feel like he cares, he has been right over the Paediatrician, I have so much faith in him. I am sad he is retiring but trust the new doctor he has brought on!

I've been with Dr. Fray ne for 28 years. He has given me the necessary information needed to work with him and take responsibility for my own health. Truly, he is the best doctor I have ever had! He respects me, is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. I am saddened that he is retiring, but I have already met (and like) his replacement whom he brought on board a year ago so he wouldn't leave his patients without a doctor.

Horrible. the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever had. Not seeing this idiot again. Does not care about his patients. I had a work related injury which the first doctor diagnosed correctly while Frayne was on vacation. When Frayne came back from vacation he told me it was only a sprain and cancelled my MRI. He didn't even examine me but said he would arrange an ultrasound which he forgot to tell his staff to arrange. It took 3 weeks to get in for Turned out that the ultrasound showed a massive tear to my rotator cuff. I eventually had an MRI done and it showed that the muscle was severed.

A conscientious, capable doctor. He's been my doctor for over 30 years. Although I have seldom needed him he has been available and has been very helpful when needed.

I having been a pt at Fort Family for 23 years , I have always seen Dr frayne . His office have set up an excellent on line system for pts to schedular appointments usually in a day or too. If I need urgent appointments the staff are willing to help. The new office has lots of services and new Docs . I have no issues with the efficient staff.
Dr Frayne is current, knowledgeable practical and empathetic. He listens he uses humour , he stays on topic and gets the job done. I am sorry he is my age and as I get older he will retire!!

Dr Frayne was my doctor for 25 years and eventually took on my wife when we were married and 2 children when they were born. Last year he cleaned house with the new building and numerous projects and FIRED us as patients with no notice. He stated it was because we had gone to a clinic twice instead of seeing him, even though he takes 2 month holidays, doesn't work weekends and is nearly impossible to get in to see. Now we have no family doctor and of course no-one is accepting new patients. Our son has been quite sick and requiring numerous doctor visits in the last 6 months where we have had to wait 3+ hours each time at walk ins. Dr. Frayne does not care about his patients and has is quick to dismiss their symptoms. Very disappointing. Agree with the previous review Shame on you Doctor Frayne-I don't care so much about myself but leaving 2 young children under the age of 6 with no doctor is disgraceful.
