Been through several neurologist for MS over the years. Dr. Krupp however is the first who does not talk directly to you in you appointment and has an associate explain things to you. She does not have time for her patients even in an emergency. I went to see her out of desperation and her associate made me explain my difficulties at the check in window in front of other patients. Then sent me to Stony Brook university hospital emergency and told me she would call over to let them know how desperately I needed to be seen. However it took 14 hours to been given any help. Plus I had to explain over seven times my problem with pain from MS which was off the charts. Finally they gave me morriphine and I could not tolerate it and threw up blue liquid. Eventually I was admitted and asked them to call my parents and they said no one was home which was a lie. Then when I didn't want to go through a spinal tap which is to diagnose MS to which I was already diagnosed, they refuse to treat me any further and I was discharged throughing up. Subsequently sent to pain doctor who said he was only treating me as a favor to Dr. Krupp and got me hooked on oxycotin and five anti depressants. And when I was able to get my self off meds he gave me he was mad and as a result I never went back to him again. His name is Dr Mark

very upset to find out dr lauren krupp is leaving her practice at stonybrook, after 17 years of her treating me i dont know where to go next

An absolutely wonderful MS doctor.She has stabilized my wife for over 15 years and kept her functioning.Three of these terrible criticisms are from the same person and are so distant and far removed from what my wife has experienced that we believe that the writer is dishonest and has some sort of hidden agenda.

I have been waiting over two months since my last appointment to hear from my Dr Krupp after my last ms attack who said she would follow up with me two weeks later...it been two months. I call the office and they yes me to death and I never hear from them again. I wouldn't be soon pissed but she took me off my meds and I've been in nothing since. I feel horrible. She seems good at first but after awhile you could tell she doesn't care. Social ly ackward with no communication skills.....she just looking to cash a check. Sad

Horrible don't waste your time. Cares more about cashing a check then caring for a patient. Socially ackward with bad communication skills. We're lab rats and she's the mad scientist. Good at first sight but far from good

Thorough exam, did a good job of presenting the options as she saw it. She examined me, and made a good case for why her diagnosis differed from my regular doctor's. Signed my up for a memory exercise trial that has the potential to help some cognitive issues. Quiet and impressive.
