She's in it for the money. I was put on the most expensive med for my condition. She also possibly messes with blood tests. I took home the results and my kidneys were apparently at Stage 3 kidney disease.

Please, do not do anything with this woman. I have never, ever hated a doc more.

This woman made a huge mess of my life and health. It all began when she started me on thyroid medication without ever doing any labs. Long story short, I began to have symptoms of hyperthyroid because I WAS OVER MEDICATED! At random times I would experience heart palpitations, shaking, shortness of breath, feeling that I was going to pass out, major anxiety and true feeling that I thought I was going to die. I feared going to work or out in public because I never knew when one of these "episodes" would occur. I had countless doctor and ER visits. I was referred to a cardiologist because of the palpitations and they did some sort of electrical testing by putting a wire through a vessel in my groin and up into my heart. A WIRE IN MY HEART. That was negative so I was referred to an endocrinologist that FINALLY figured out the problem. When I told him who started me on the medicine, without lab work, he basically laughed and said they see a lot of her patients because of her malpractice.
Horrible, horrible experience.

I was a patient of doc Tucker before she moved from bull shoals. After seeing many doctors I walked into her office feeling horrible,withmy 2 week old daughter in my arms. She took one look at my neck and told me something was wrong and sure enough I had thyroid cancer. so thank you doctor for giving me back my life and thevchance to watch my now 7 year old daughter grow. As far as the rest of the staff there in bull shoals Arkansas, I can do without any of them. At one point they messed up on my meds. But instead of taking responsibility for their mistake they blamed me. It wasn't doctor Tucker, but the front desk that did this. I so wish she were still my doctor. I miss her terribly!!

My experience with her was terrible! I was new to town and just needed a physical for work. My physical consisted of her taking my blood pressure and checking my neck. That was it! They never called me back or mailed my results of my blood work. I called about my results a few weeks later and they said they hadn't given them to me because they wanted to have a follow up appointment about my cholesterol. So, I went back to have a follow up appointment, which they requested, and I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me, so I told them I would come back to get my paperwork (which was all I needed/wanted). I went back the next day to get the paperwork and they tried to give it to me with nothing filled in. It took them 10 minutes to find someone who knew how to fill it in. They said that they still wanted me to come back for my initial follow up appointment, but I will never step foot in that office again!

If you decide to see Dr. Tucker make sure you call your insurance company first to make sure all lab tests, etc. will be covered and which labs/testing facilities are covered by your insurance company. Dr. Tuckers office does not assist patients with this. I was stuck with a HUGE lab bill because they sent my tests to an out of network lab. I was told by Dr. Tuckers office it is the patients responsibility to monitor the lab used - I was not aware of this so fair warning to be diligent in this area. Insurance is getting so complicated! I am now seeing another doctor who has staff members to assist their patients in navigating all the ins and outs of insurance coverage. Best wishes to you in your search for a physician.

Dr. Tucker is a life saver for me. She knows what she is doing and is the most helpful doctor I have ever seen. She doesn't just treat your illness, she actually cares for you and cares about you. I drive 2 hours one way, just to see her. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a great doctor.

Dr. Tammy really listens and I felt like she wants to do her best to help me feel better. She cant do it alone or with medications only you have to be willing to make some positive changes in your life if you want to feel great.

Dr. Tammy Tucker really listened to me, and the changes she has helped me to make have been amazing! What makes her unique is, she does not just give you medicine and send you on your way, she will work with you to make lifestyle changes, but you have to be willing to change, and from reading the reviews, it is obvious some people want her to make them better. Dr Tucker's Project Fabulous has also been a life saver, not only does she give you the tools, but there are also weekly classes for learning to change. I would recommend Dr. Tammy Tucker to anyone who is not happy with the way they feel inside or out.

Dr. Tucker found a genetic mutation that has haunted my family for years and NEVER been diagnosed. I am thankful. After years of going to doctors that didn't listen it was nice to finally matter to someone. She is also treating my daughter. Excellent care, I can't imagine her NOT listening.
