The office staff is rude and never there ..the phone hours are a joke. And the wait time is terrible. Flyer can be arrogant but when something is really wrong, he is the guy you want. I have had three kids as patients over 10 years here and honestly can't say what I would do if I was starting over. You need to have a huge threshold for being mistreated but if you have tons of time and can handle it, good care.

Dr. Sirna is a wonderful clinician. He occasionally appears a bit rough around the edges but- he is extremely knowledgable and loves what he does. He spends a great deal of time with patients during appointments. I would highly recommend the entire practice to anyone looking for an excellent pediatrician in the Verona, Caldwell Montclair area!

Dr. Flyer is one of the top 3 doctors you could ever want for your child. He informed me my baby had RSV when the hospital told me to go home because she had a cold. He had people apologizing to me and I was treated like royalty when I went back to the hospital. It was a frightened new mother's dream come true. The other 2 doctors in the top 3 are also in his practice. Dr. Sirna and Dr. Kholkar, along with Flyer, make this practice one of the best in the state. I am lucky to have such knowledgeable and caring doctors look after my children. They are honest and trustworthy and if you want the best for your child then look no further!!! Thank you Park Avenue Pediatrics!

Dr. Flyer, as well as the other doctors in Park Avenue Pediatrics, are caring and thorough. Each time we visit the doctor, which is a lot because our 13 month old has had frequent UTIs since turning 6 mos, we feel our opinions and concerns are listened to and respected. I was just there today to have a urine analysis done because I was fearful my daughter had another UTI. I originally requested to have a script called directly to the lab so I could bypass a doctor's appointment. The office said they had to see my daughter because each case must be based on present symptoms and they wouldn't make assumptions from past history. They were 100% correct - we went to the office for an eval and urine analysis. My daughter does not have a UTI. I apologized for "coming in for a hunch." They told me that is what they are there for and that I should always call or come in when there's any concern. Dr. Flyer stayed with us for about 20 mins to answer questions and talk. He's a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Flyer is a bully, lectures parents as if they are idiots, talks down to them and makes a parent feel guilty if they don't abide by his ways and definitely doesn't appreciate a dialogue or push back. The newborn feeding/sleeping method is unrealistic and ridiculous. The wait time in the office has perpetually worsened and half the staff simply needs to retire, they are jaded and rude.

My 3 boys have been seeing Dr's Flyer, Sirna and Khokar for over 16 years now. They are wonderful, caring and competent doctors. I recommend them all highly and would never go elsewhere. My kids like all three doctors (high praise indeed). They've always taken my concerns seriously when I had them and I felt my kids were in good hands - two of my children have significant health issues so I would not bother with doctors that I felt were NOT competent. I made quite a few 3am phone calls over the years when one of my kids had an ear ache etc, and I always got a call back within a few min. When I took my 3rd child to his first check up, Dr Khokar kindly called me a few days later just to check up on ME, because she thought I looked very tired! To the people who say that ANY pediatrician is in it for the money, that's just unfair to say. If they wanted to make a lot of money, they would have chosen another specialty.

Dr. Flyer might not be the warmest/fuzziest guy, but he's an excellent doctor. He might not hold your hand but he's an amazing clinician. When I was a new parent and had no idea what to do with a newborn, he had me write down a list of everything to do, including "what to do when a baby cries", etc. When my daughter's appendix ruptured he canceled everything else on his schedule and assembled pediatric specialists from all over the state to attend to her. I could never say a bad word about this man.

came to this peds doctor because he was highly recommended in my community. Even though my son has has physicals from the school and passed them all. My son said he wasn't feeling well and I waited since I am not a new parent. By the time Flyer saw him and my son said I am thirsty all the time, I eat alot and am never full, I am tired so often. While I wasn't in the room for most of the major stuff, I knew what would be discussed. My son said he wasn't feeling well, discribed symptoms of type 1 diabetes, and guess what. I bought my own kit from cvs and my son was over the charts with type 1 diabetes. It has turned out fine not because of Dr. Flyer, but as a parent advocate. What so upsets me is that Dr. Flyer's partner, Dr. Sirna, is such a wondeful, caring, person and my daughter likes to see Dr. Flyer's other partner, Dr. Khokhar. Dr. Flyer I doubt never reads this but I will say that my son wants to punch you in the nose for not taking him or my concerns seriously.

Dr. Flyer is a nasty person and should retire from medicine. He is not interested in children, but money and how to squeeze every penny out of his patients. He thinks of himself as God's gift to pediatrics, but he is clueless. His partner Dr. Sirna is the polar opposite and is very caring. Despite how good Sirna is, we had to leave this practice because of Flyer's arrogance. We are much better off. Flyer is a first class jerk.
