I have never had to wait inordinately long and Dr. Wheeler is knowledgeable however, I simply don't like him...he's not friendly at all and is short with you. Now the other Dr. in his office, Dr. Jennifer Smith, is wonderful! Very nice, friendly and doesn't treat you as if your wasting her time as Wheeler does. So my rating and smiley is for Dr. Smith NOT Wheeler.

Met Dr. Wheeler for the first time a month ago. We waited for an hour after the appointed time, and his staff didn't communicate why he was late. Then he came in, asked a few questions, didn't introduce himself, and said, "Come back next week" with no explanation why or what was going on. When we came back the next week, he again didn't greet us and acted as if he were doing us a big favor to see us when HE was the one who said to come back without an explanation why. If you have a choice of doctor, don't go to this one.
