I went to this man for 18 years the last 5 years under his care he failed to mention I had a kidney function of 25% I discovered this after getting his records for my new doctor ,all my lab reports showed my kidney function at 25% for 5 years. He had reviewed and signed all labs papers. He should have sent me to a kidney specialist the first time my kidneys dropped below 60%. All this man did the last few years under his care was to encourage me to lose weight.
