Dr. very knowledgeable and thorough. Office is very friendly and helpful. Never thought I would be a patient in a "concierge" practice, but it is the best money I've spent! Love that I can be seen anytime I want (even same day) and I can call the doctor after hours on his own cell phone! The appointments are long enough to take care of everything in one visit and the doctor is not distracted and rushed. I need a doctor who will listen to me and take care of my concerns, Dr. Schneiderman goes above and beyond to take care of me! I love the annual physical that is included for free...more extensive than anything I've ever had. This is what the health care reform should have been...keep people healthy and out of the ER and Urgent Cares! I recommend Dr. Schneiderman to everyone I know!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doc. When I asked him whether or not he could do my pap in his office like my last doc, he actually turned red and started stuttering! Uh, just say no guy, don't get flustered. He seemed disorganized and less than knowledgeable. He sent me to a specialist that didn't even perform the service that I needed. In addition, this doctor has sent me solicitation about his "new practice" via recorded messages on my cell phone about a half a dozen times now as well as several mailouts. The mailouts were enough, don't bother me by phone repeatedly!!

Office manager acts like pompus dictator. All other staff replaced every year. Wait is too long. Hard to get appointment. Doctor tells you one thing staff says another.

Office not very clean - dog in exam room. Front office took months to get a referral and then gave me incorrect results -told me they were normal when they were not.
