Dr. Aiken has a wonderful staff. I like the way he and his staff treated my 13 year old daughter. She was having headaches and blurred vision. I would recommend Dr. Aiken to all my friends and family.

My son was at Michigan State when he experienced a problem with one of his eyes, prior to going to MSU Dr Aiken was his doctor, we called Dr Aiken with the symtems and he directed usimmediately to a doctor in the Lansing area who examined my son and scheduled him for immediate surgery for a detached retina. Thank God for Dr Aiken's willingness to direct us to someone in the immediate area and his vast knowledge as to what the problem might be, he was RIGHT! Dr Aiken knew it sounded urgent and was very helpful

First of all, Dr. Aiken's staff is extremely friendly and funny. They immediately put me at ease when I walked in even though I was really nervous. I had noticed a sudden decrease in vision in my right eye. I called the office and they scheduled me for a visit the very next day. Dr. Aiken diagnosed me with a retnal detachment. He reassured me that this was a urgent matter but one that could be fixed. The doctor was able to arrange to have this repaired the same day by one of the retna specialists he works with. I had a follow up appointment one week later and Dr. Aiken told me what I already knew, my vision was almost completely back to normal. Thank God I didn't wait to get it checked out.

I'm surprised by the other rating. We took our 14 year old their and was basicalyy told that he was leagaly blind in one eye Dr. didn't now why or gave us any hope of revearsal. The Dr. he referred us too agread his bed side mannar leaves something to be desired. But he was able to give us hope and felt certain he new what the problem was. Our sons sight is allready improving no thanks to Dr. Aiken.

Dr. Aiken has a very nice manner, especially with children. He comes across as compassionate and reassuring. Ask him about "Bumper" :)
