I have found Dr. Gaskin to be excellent. She takes the time to listen to your needs, no charting on a computer while you visit. She takes the time to find out all your needs , orders the appropriate tests and follows up. She is kind and very knowledgeable, and keeps up to date with current medical treatments and options. She is a credit to her profession and we are lucky to have her in Kingston.

These guys are complete idiots. My appointment is at 1:45 and I get there on time. But they have me sitting in her office till like 2:30 so I just left. No help whatsoever absolutely horrible but if I was late it would’ve been a problem. Makes no sense

The reception staff, are genuinely some of the most miserable people. I don’t go to this doctors office often and will use clinics because I don’t want to deal with how rude the staff are. Please for your clients sake, change your staffing. Please do something about this.

Dr. Gaskin has been our family dr for over 20 years, her attention to detail and caring nature make her an amazing dr. She does her best to stay on time but if a patient needs extra time she is there to offer, unfortunately some patients take advantage of this making delays in the schedule but Dr. Gaskin is worth the wait. Staff is helpful and attentive,

Dr. Gaskin listened to me when my old Dr. of 19 years didn't. Diagnosed my autoimmune condition and started me on the path to healing. she is wonderfully empathetic, knowledgable and listens to her patients, not just the lab results which is so important with hormone issues. the 2 Linda's are true gems and Lee the nurse is fantastic too. thank you to them all.

Dr Gaskin has been my family doctor for at least 20 years or more. The staff is amazing and Dr Gaskin is one of the most empathetic doctors I've had. Very lucky to have her as my Doctor.

worse dr to get an appointment with. refused to treat a child because her healtcard had expired. Had to take child to hospital for treatment ..... they said her healthcard will work for months after expiry. Not right!!

Been trying to get a new doctor. They’re very slow on getting referrals in. My prenatal appointments were much later then theY should have been. And if I had my anatomy scan when I was suppose to they could have fixed my issue and my son wouldn’t have been born so early. Also had to got to Belleville for one of my scan cause they took too long to get the paper work in. Also anytime I make an appointment over the phone I put the time in m6 calendar right away and when I get there apparently I always have the wrong time. I don’t make appointments over the phone now cause according to Linda I’m always wrong. Also been waiting for referrals for other issues as well and it’s been years.
