Office staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Graeca takes the time and listens.

I have a severe hearing loss among other disabilities. Because of that I tend to speak loudly without realizing.The staff was told time and again about it. The Dr discharged me from his care because he said I was yelling at his staff. I was not. I was extremely hurt that a medical professiional could be that callous toward a patient.. I have a 90% hearing loss,among many other medical issues and had to find another doctor who was accepting new patients. Thank god I did find one that IS compassionate to a persons needs.

This Dr.recently discharged my finance, because he was accused of yelling at his staff,That was not the case They were told several times that he has a 90% hearing loss and speaks loudly without realizing it. I would think as medical professionals they would have enough caring and compassion to work in that field. i work with the elderly, myself and I have to make allowances for their certain disabilities too. I just hope this doctor does'nt treat anyone else the same way.

Just there for a checkup. This guy goes by the book. I checked with other health professionals and the advice he gave was right on. He's polite, thorough and gives you as much time as he can. Office is pretty efficient. He gives you printed up health goals so there's no questions about what he thinks you should do.
