Dr. Bicak is amazing! I’ve been attending his clinic for over a decade because I feel well cared for. He and everyone else in his clinic are great! Couldn’t ask for better!

I have had a great experience with the doctor, the staff, and I have never had trouble with the billing for my family. Will definitely continue to go to this office for my care.

Dr. Bicak is great. Very professional and explains everything. The problem is the staff, and the way the clinic is run. The wait time is always at least 30 minutes, and the staff is extremely rude. Questions are an inconvenience for them, and they have screwed up my billing multiple times.

This doctor truly cares. He seems happy to be doing what he is trained to do and he is very good at it. He treats alot of my coworkers at the Walmart Home office and they are satisfied with the care they receive. You are treated like a person and not a number there.

Dr Bicak has been my family doctor for over 10 years. The first time I went to see him was to try to get medication to quit chewing tobacco. Dr Bicak told me that the medicine was expensive and that it rarely worked. He put me on a plan to cut out chewing tobacco and one year from the date I started his program, I put down my last can and have never started back again. I have seen him many times over the years and he is one of the most caring, polite, and sincere person you will ever meet. He will relate your condition to you as lay or scientific as you want and always has time to make sure you feel confident in your treatment. This guy is the best!

Dr Bicak is a very caring doctor. He does not rush through exams. He takes time to give answers to all questions and gives you medical based facts for you concerns. I have used him for 2 years and I am very confident in his treatments and referrals. He lives his life as a christian, which you can tell by his actions. His staff returns calls with a sense of urgency and never leaves you hanging for answers.

I simply don't believe the first review. Dr. Bicak has never been anything but friendly, patient, and helpful. To suggest he was rude, callous, uncaring, and tried to make things expensive is ludicrous. Dr. Bicak is a great family physician who makes things very comfortable for kids as well.
