Lacks sensitivity. Far more interested in herself and practice. Spend more time talking about moving from a walking in clinic to family practice only clinic.

This doctor is rude, condescending, judgemental and unavailable. She is never available and barely does in person appointments. She dismisses concerns and lacks empathy. She should find another profession. Awful’

Terrible, doesn’t care about her patients. Happily switching doctors because she is an awful person who is only in her practice for the paycheck. She will charge you for everything and leave you feeling clueless. When there is a medical concern she says “what do you want me to do?”. You’re the doctor, you should know! Save yourself the trouble, don’t go to her!

I decided to switch doctors because of my past and my moms current experience with Dr. Luu. I am glad I did before COVID became more serious otherwise I wouldn’t have received medical treatment for when I had COVID. This doctor was treating me for hypothyroidism when I was with her and it wasn’t helping my condition. She just enjoyed me coming to numerous appointments and leaving clueless as to what is happening to me. She didn’t allow me to see my blood test results to understand the issue and didn’t do any follow up when it was clear the medication was not working. When I got the new doctor, I called the clinic 8 times to have my files transferred and it still hasn’t happened. My new doctor decided to do all necessary tests to determine that I needed a higher dose. My mom case is more serious and I will leave it to her to comment on it. Trust me don’t go with this doctor.

Dr. Luu needs to retire from practicing medicine. She is frequently unavailable, condescending in her tone, and makes every excuse in the book to avoid making in-person appointments. There's no commitment or concern for her patients, young or old. She has suggested we find a new family doctor and after 15 years, sadly that's exact what we'll be doing. Don't waste your time on her, not worth it and you'll regret it!

I attempted to address my concerns regarding her shortness and rudeness - no apology or explanation - simply advised me to find another doctor repeatedly instead of salvaging a 15 year plus patient/physician relationship. Also completed a Google Review for Main St Medical as an office overall.

This is the rudest doctor I have ever talked to, she was not only late in calling me but had an attitude and did not even take the time to discuss why I had called thoroughly. Our call lasted a total of 2 mins in which she did not even probe or seek to understand the issue. She works at Main Street Medical for walk-in, if you are booked with her you're better off calling another clinic. She was so awful and rude that she compelled me to leaver her a review, in hopes that I can prevent someone else from having to speak to her.

What a horrible rude and abruptly Dr. The second the spoke she sounded annoyed that she even had to call me to do a phone consult. Then she continued to speak rudely and stated many times “I don’t know what to tell you”??? Ummm I am calling to consult with a dr for help and maybe some empathy and an answer not to be brushed off. I ended up calling her out and asked her if she was very busy or having a bad day as she was speaking very abruptly...to which she denied that she was. Then told me if I didn’t like her answer I could go someone in person....!! Ummmm it’s Covid and I was calling about a progressively worse sore throat to the point that it is inflamed can’t swallow and hard to talk to be told I’m fine ??? Then I asked if she even reviewed my pics and could see the redness and inflammation in my throat and she said yes it didn’t look that bad. Wow thanks for nothing. She really needs to get off her high horse and treat people respectfully!!!
