From out of state,they wouldn't make an appointment until my records could be transferred over,a month later they said they hadn't made a decision on whether or not they would accept me as a patient and didn't know how much longer it would be.my mother in law from another state however got an appointment within two weeks though,apparently I'm not white enough or have a good enough credit rating is what they really mean.They were not helpful in anyway and didn't care.I happen to be very sick a month later when I called to see if they had gotten my medical records transferred so I could make an appointment.Very uncaring.
