She broke HIPPA law by telling my mother confidential information, which led to physical abuse. She said that I was "untreatable" after trying two medications. She said that my trauma wasn't "bad enough" for me to be diagnosed with PTSD. Spoiler alert: I've since been diagnosed with PTSD. She said that I just had to "make myself" get over depression and anxiety. She's one of the worst people I've ever had the misfortune of meeting.
