the front desk staff is horrible sooo unfriendly,rude,it makes me sick that she has people like that working for her.

Great doctor, very helpful and knowledgable. Shame about the reception staff - can never get them and it's always a looooong wait - usually well after when you're booked in for.

I am thankful to have such a caring, kind, thoughtful and friendly family doctor. Dr. M always listens to you and is genuinely interested in your ailments. She also suggests further preventative measures. I only wish the front staff (reception) would pick up the phones and delete messages off of their outgoing message ("The mailbox belonging to Streetsville Medical Clinic is full"). I always get this message and it is frustrating because you can't book an appointment and then when you do, you have to wait a long time (approx. 1-1.5 hours). It is hard when you have a baby but it is worth the wait. I wish Dr. M would take phone calls or reevaluate the receptionist's duties. They really need some motivation to improve their work skills. Thank you Dr. M for being a great doctor!

Dr. Malinowski herself is wonderful. I have seen her for several years (my children too). However, the last 2 offices she has worked out of are totally incompetent. They don't answer the phone or messages (I have had to drive to the office to make an app't). They have missed phoning about specialist app'ts or about lab results and the scheduling is awful. I usually sign in for an app't, go home, and return 1 1/2-2 hours later. Lately I haven't even gone as we go to walk-ins instead. I only go to Dr. Malinowski for physicals, or app'ts we book far in advance. I wish the office would improve as I miss seeing her on a regular basis for my kids.

If you can wait 1 to 1 and half hour to see her...then only you will find her good. She will never talk to you over the phone, even if you need her urgently. The staff are aweful and very rude and unfriendly. I am just tired of dealing with her staff and actually looking to change her.

Very rude nurse at the front desk. Waited 3 hours for an appoinment; The Dr. forget to give me a shot. I remember her being very good, but I don't find her as such any more.

I moved out of her office as the service and help received was very poorwith a limited number of available docs accepting new patients she alwayd looks for some-this should be an indicator foe me (which I ignored)keep looking

Very good and caring doctor. Dr. M is thorough and knowledgeable. However, the front office must be better organized to minimize or eradicate one hour or more of waiting time even when I have an appointment.

Always have to wait for an hour or more regardless an appointment time. Mostly helpful doctor, but sometimes have to push for tests and exams.

Waiting more than 2 hours to see any doctor is ridiculous when you've booked your appointment weeks in advance. Apparently they double book all appointments and that's just plain disgraceful! Dr. M might be a good doc, but not worth wasting my day.
