Dr Brateman has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor.

The Doctors at this practice are excellent. I am a long time patient. My son is the 4th generation from my family to go to this practice. The office staff is rude in general. Not all of them, but some are. We were sad Dr. Bullach left. Dr. Mondrusova takes good care of my family. I paid a bill today over the phone and was dumbfounded by how rude the lady was I spoke to in billing. I called her out on it and she apologized, but still. I'm paying a bill, on time, and do not deserve to be talked down to, lectured and interrupted. Sometimes when I call to make an appointment, I'm put on hold for a while, then disconnected. This is frustrating. Sometimes the phone will ring with no answer at all…during business hours! Once a nurse took me back to a room, and while taking my bp, badmouthed President Obama. I was already sick and stressed out. This sort of small talk was inappropriate and made me feel more stressed out. Last appointment, my sick son and I waited in the waiting room for an hour. This is pretty typical, but not always the case. I think there is a great deal of room for improvement with this practice, especially with the office staff. They are SO RUDE!!!! I only go back because we like Dr. M so much.

Worst doctor ever. Left me with no refills on BP meds, pain meds, and other when Dr. Bullock left. No warning....called to make appt and was refused. Would not even fill just 10 days of BP meds. until I could find a new doctor. I could have easily had a stroke. Made my health worse versus better in the 2 years I was in care of this practice.
Overprescibes pain medication, not thorough with exams, very rude staff. It's a business there not a doctors office. Get you in and get you out after a long wait and collect the $$$$.

First of all the office staff was rude and hung up on me when I complained(legitimate complaint). I saw Dr. Clark who is a temp filling in until they replace Dr. Bullach(my fav). She is a down right nasty piece of work. I will never, ever go near that place again.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time. No bedside manner. Spent time trashing another doctor and the government. I can't believe I'm paying for this! I will never go back.

Until now I was Ok with the service as I don't like to complain about little things. However yesterday I called & I was 1st on hold for 11 minutes & someone came on the line uttered their famous words "Can u hold pls" & again back to another wait time of 12 minutes & then HUNG UP. Called the 2nd time & the same thing & the person answering the call was very condescending & curt. She was on speaker phone & my friend was absolutely horrified at the way the call was handled. I asked for Dr. Brateman to call me back but I still have not heard from him as Dr. Olga will not be in until Monday. I am with this practice only because I like Dr. Olga. She is kind & nice. Some suggestions to better the service is pls hire more staff, get an on call nurse who can answer some small questions & pls make talking to the Drs. more accessible as stating your personal health problems to the front office staff who r not medical professional can get very uncomfortable. A lot of your patients recently lately have expressed these same concerns. I am even Ok with the long wait time or difficulty on getting the same day appointments. However when people have concerns do address them properly please.
Also I think the medical record system has been recently computerized & I don't think all the records from past visits are there. This concerns me.

Dr Brateman and Dr Bullach are the best. I also seen Dr Mondrusova, she's so nice to. Since 2001 these Doctors have been treating me and my Family for 14yrs. If I have to spend 10mins on hold during prime time for calls to make an apointment, so be it. I think its definately worth it, if you want the best its worth the wait!

My family are patients of Dr. B rateman. He is an excellent doctor & has recognized early signs of possible serious conditions. He has also sent me to excellent specialists. He is there for us 24/7. I highly recommend himto all who need care.

Up until this last experience I would have put all 5's. Dr. Brateman himself is exceptional when it comes to care and visits. However at this time I believe he's become too busy and understaffed. The last time I called in I waited on hold for 11 minutes and hung up. I called the next day and it was 14 minutes until the receptionist was able to get to my call. During the call to set an appt she continually cut me off, finished my sentences and when I asked her to slow down and let me explain, she said she was very busy and to call back at another time. Then hung up. I called back again to relay my experience to the Doctor and let left a message. Dr. Brateman didn't return the call. My entire family has been seeing him for 25 years and we all believe him to be fantastic. We switched doctors this week.
