I have been seeing Dr. Young for the past 5 years. Both he and his nurse, Heather, are some of the most caring medical professionals I have ever met. They go out of their way to make sure that they don't hurt you during visits, and they listen to all of your gripes and complaints with care and compassion. Dr. Young also is good about seeing me on short notice.

The staff was very polite to me, but I did hear the receptionist being impatient and rude over the phone with a patient (I know it was a patient bc she was talking about transferring records). Dr. Young was very kind and offered some methods to try before prescribing medication. The assistant that drew my blood was gentle and efficient and called me the very next day with my results.

They dont return call and meds. i went to pick up paper work for a refferal and it had on there that my lungs, ears, and throat were clear, well he never touched any of these things on my body to know this, but sure billed my insurance for it, makes me wonder whats going on with this office,

Not able to get calls back from office/personnel. Staff not great with handling paperwork or problems

Made an appointment for physical exam and only offered anti-depressant on very brief findings. No exam. VERY LATE. Very short. Pill dispencer modality. Staff did not follow aseptic procedure nor seemed friendly or knowledgable on procedure. Unknown test results left on answering machine by staff and can not get a return call. Not to mention the inflated office rate for my good insurance. AWFUL!

Love Dr. Young but his staff has never been an efficient one. Office people don't get back to you sometimes and requests are ignored.
