I have been seen three times by Dr Muftah. He saw me in both hospital and office. His office staff were kind, quick and professional. I had no problem booking appointments in a timely manner. His appointments ran on time both times in his office. Not once did I feel rushed—he listened, looked into what needed to be looked into, and had great professionalism. He has a wealth of knowledge and fully understands your symptoms and the best course to recovery. We need way more doctors like him!! His calm, caring, and professional mannerisms are appreciated.

I was having breathing problems when I was at work and it seemed to disapate after I was off for couple days but reappear when I went back. Dr. MUFFTAH asked if anything was different and new in the building and was thorough with everything, than he did spirometry testing on me and found out I have brittle asthma and put two and two tegether that it was something at work that wasn't there before that triggered an attack.

Dr Muftah has been absolutely fantastic in helping me through dealing with a recent PE and ongoing asthma concerns. He was thorough in taking a history and collaborated with other specialists to ensure patient centred care when trying to get to the root cause as to why I had a PE. I appreciate that he has gone above and beyond what I have asked and that his staff have been excellent about booking follow up appointments.

Dr. Muftah has been treating my pulmonary fibrosis for 2 years and he has a very professional attitude, is very knowledgeable and has helped with all my needs.
He sometimes runs behind but this is normal.

I've had in office visits and phone visits and found Dr Muftah to be very thorough and considerate. He has made appointments for me that moved along quickly. He has called me about results promptly. Carmelita, office staff is amazing. So polite and kind and prompt. I appreciate them both very much.

I'm not sure about doctor's knowledge , but his staff is absolutely unprofessional. Last year they lost my blood test results and forgot to send me for a lung test, this year doctor send me to do CT scan and I was told that it would be within a month. But nobody called me, I called the doctor's office and administrator told me to wait one more week. In a week I called again and she gave me the phone number of hospital, so I called by myself and find out that hospital got my requisition just few days before . So I had to book my appointment by myself. After this experience I will try to find another doctor
