i did not like this office and have since switched over to Dr lariviere and she is fantastic.. when i brought my son to dr gervais for his first dentist appointment i found him to be so rude and he has no patience for children which is a big nono for me! I have always been scared of the dentist as well and he didnt help the situation, hes yelled at me, he said i was worst than a child for asking questions about what he was doing.. honestly.. i was never impressed and found the secretaries to be quite rude as well..

Dr Gervais and his staff are courteous and friendly. They will always make you feel at ease before and after any procedures. They are the best.

He's very knowledgeable, does not have a lot of patience with young children,but his nurse does. He will tell it like it is and give you options and left you decide what you will be doing.
