Very knowledgeable. No nonsense. Recognized the urgency and got me the treatment I needed with other specialist.

I have seen her 3 times over the last 3 years. Twice for sinus infections and once for X-ray referral after an injury. I found her caring and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be they don’t always take walk ins but that’s not their fault it’s BC’s crappy medical system which can’t keep up in cold and flu season and of course Covid making it even worse.

I made an appointment as sex was painful for me, I was too tight and I could feel things weren't right. Dr Evelin dismissed me telling me it was all in my head. Was very rough with an overly large speculum and clawed at me with her fingers without any kind of respect or care. "It's all in your head, I don't feel anything wrong" when I asked for a referral to a specialist she told me no, when I insisted she told me it was a waste of everyone's time. I told her I didn't care and demanded she give it to me. Thank God she did becauslow and behold I had what's called a hymnal bridge and needed surgery to have it removed.

Dr Evelin is an old, outdated, rude doctor who should NOT be allowed to be involved in ANYTHING women's health related. You need to retire!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ibrahim for 10 years. She has always listened and provided sensible medical advice and assisted me in seeing specialists when necessary. Wait times in the office can be long, but there is a shortage of doctors, so she often seems very busy. When our family expanded and we felt that we needed a family doctor as opposed to a walk-in clinic that we frequented, she took care us. I would recommend her.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ibrahim. She is cold and has no empathy. I recently made an appointment with her when I needed a form completed permitting me to be off work, as a result of depression I was experiencing after recurrent miscarriages. I do not have a family doctor, so my appointment was to see Dr. Ibrahim on a walk-in basis. When I told her what brought me to the clinic that day, she immediately told me she would not be able to complete the form because she does not know me. I proceeded to tell her about my miscarriages and feelings of depression, but she said since she has no documentation of this that she will not grant me time off work. She asked when my last miscarriage was and when I told her 3 months ago she replied "I don't get why this is affecting you now all of a sudden". As far as I am aware, there is no timeline of when depression can occur after experiencing trauma. I get that Dr. Ibrahim would not just sign a form okaying me to be off work since she did not know me or my history, but she simply could have taken the time to ask more questions and listen to what caused my feelings of depression before dismissing me. I ended up breaking down crying during the appointment, begging her to sign off on the form which thankfully she did agree to. But, of course she had to then tell me, "Stop crying. Letting yourself get this stressed will prevent you from getting pregnant again". So condescending and exhibiting no empathy at all for the experiences that brought me to see her that day. I DO NOT recommend seeing Dr. Ibrahim, especially to any women who may be sensitive due to issues with infertility or pregnancy loss.

I know dr. Evelin Ibrahim and her husband since they first open their office. This is almost 20 years ago. I will never change my family dr. Evelin
She s always there when I need her. Sometimes I ll wait more that expected for my appointment but this is because she s taking care of other patients. Make sense !!!!
I recommend this facility
My all family is seeing her . We are all happy.

I am surprised when I read some of the negative comments about Dr. Evelyn. She is very patient. She is a very good listener and when she does not know about a matter, she sends you to a specialist. She does a great follow up. With me her staff is amazing. I would recommend her definitely

i love my Dr Evelin. for once i found a doctor who listen and understand patient . She do everything possible to help the patiente. I will never change her for no one.
