I feel like I have to warn EVERYONE about this angry white woman who clearly needs some professional help of her own, or at the least a lesson in courtesy and communication!!!!! To say that she didn't communicate, nor did she care to have you communicate is an understatement. The woman in as many words told me to shut up and only speak when spoken to and answer her questions the way she wanted them answered! Ok fine... but then when you don't give her a response she is expecting, or wanting to hear she LOSES IT! and I'm not talking in a normal way. I mean wow... that's all I can say. She said I had an attitude problem because I smiled despite her rude behavior, asked her repeatedly why she was getting so upset. She started raising her voice and when I told her I thought it was odd and rather than raising her voice in an irate way she might want to try communicating, and taking a deep breath, she needless to say had a few choice words for me and in her accent repeatedly said Biye biyeeee

Dr. Glezerman was very rude and dismissive of many of the concerns I expressed about my condition. She came across as very condescending. I did not feel that she listened and therefore was able to give an accurate diagnosis. I have been very fortunate so far in that I have never had an unpleasant experience with a healthcare provider. In fact, this is the first time I have submitted a rating for anything online. Psychiatrists serve a very important role in helping patients in need. I felt it was my obligation to warn other patients in need of these services that they should look for another therapist in the New York area.
