Our family has been going to Stephen for a number of years and would never consider seeing another dentist. His staff is very friendly and always on time.

I have been to a few dentists in my time and this is by far the best dentist and office I have delt with. They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. I am no longer scared to show up for my appointment. If there is not a problem with your teeth this dentist does not fabricate one. I highly recommend them and have to several friends and family.

I have been coming here since I was, wow, 6? 8? maybe earlier? (29 now). I wouldn't go anywhere else, even with living in Waterloo now, I head to Oakville. They actually remember you, and everything discussed is professional/genuine. I will dread the day when Dr Shaughnessy retires which I hope isn't for a long time! :)

Dr Shaughnessy and his wonderful staff have been our family's dentist for many years and I am so grateful that we can rely on him 100% for all of our treatment. He is a fantastic dentist, and such a great office!!

Dr. Shaughnessy and his staff are quite frankly..fantastic! They are considerate and very friendly! In fact I went in once when I had just been laid off from a job and had limited finances and no insurance. I needed a tooth filled but couldn't afford the freezing-Dr. Shaughnessy said he didn't want to see me in pain so he didn't charge me for the freezing! They are so wonderful that even though we just moved to Stoney Creek I wouldn't dream of changing Dentists!

We have been going to Dr. Shaughnessy and his staff for some time now and we would never consider going to another dentist. The staff is so helpful and friendly and Dr Shaughnessy is so incredibly sincere and talented in his profession! Once when we had an emergency, they took us immediately, and we were so grateful. The kids can hardly wait for their prizes after their appointments. We love the office!!

He is good. My only concern was on my last visit. He didn't really explain to me what my son needed other than an orthodentist. I wanted to know what he saw and talk to hi about it, but he was gone to the next patient before I could ask. The two hygenists: Colleen is fantastic, especially with kids; Eileen is nice but rough on the gums. I have come out bleeding both times I had her. The atmosphere n the office is great and they really do try to make your visit as pleasant as possible in every aspect. Great dentist for kids and chickens! LOL!

I have never once had a dentist that listened to when I said stop or that hurts, but him. he is a great doctor and wonderful person. Very knowledgable and not affraid to be down to earth and be frank. By the way, the guy is funny. get him to tell you about his stories at school. He's a riot! Also, dentists creep me out, i can't help it. But him it's not like going to the dentist. i can actually relax with him. All the girls that are assistants rock too. They aren't snotty and beastly...if you know what i mean. But well, the only thing I'd change is the know it all receptionist. The other one is really nice and not abrassive. the other god..I'd never let her touch me. Anyways, HIGHLY recommended, he's a wonderful guy.
