Very nice man, i couldnt imagine anyone being more friendly or professional. On more than one occasion his staff has been able to fit me in to see him the same day i called. He is always reassuring, kind and considerate.

Dr. Mahran and his staff are incredible. I have been having a lot of health issues lately and even though I have to be seen a lot, they are NEVER rude or impatient with me. I'm really surprised for the negativity... He is a wonderful doctor and he listens to you with your concerns. The staff always does their best to squeeze you in and to answer questions in a timely manner. Yes, they are busy but that is because he is THE best. He's the best I've ever had and I would always recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mahran has been our family doctor since he joined Family Physicians of Englewood. The staff there has always been easy to get along with and we have never had an issue with any of them. In my opinion Dr. Mahran is very knowledgable, well informed and concerned for his patients. These attributes were all displayed in his recent diagnosis and discussions of my wife's Lymphoma. I would refer him to a family member or friend without giving it a second thought.

I am astonished by any negative comments. Dr Mahran is absolutely wonderful with me, my husband and my son. He always takes time to ask questions and explains things very well. He is well read and can offer information about any medical news and research available. I trust him completely and that is not something I have ever felt about previous doctors. I would recommend him to anyone!

The staff is very unprofessional, especially Dr. Mahron's assistant. She got smart with me several times and is argumentative if you question anything. Dr. Mahron has become increasing irritaimpatient. He doesnt spend quality timetime with me and seems in a hurry. He used to be a great doctor but lately he has neen very rude and lacks empathy. Also, he never returns calls or responds to his online questions. His staff gets nasty if you call and leave messages but he refuses to call or respond to any attempts to get in touch with him. He is very unprofessional and his staff is as well. Very disappointed with him and am currently looking for a new physician. Would never recommend him to anyone ever again.

Dr. Mahran is the complete package! Immeasurable knowledge mixed with friendship, compassion, and the willingness to LISTEN to his patients. He is an awesome doctor. He is not only good with the adults in his practice, but is a rock star to the kids. My 4 year old son always hated to go to the doctor until we found Dr. Mahran. Now he wants to go visit him all the time.

The staff is always extremely rude and unprofesssional. On several occasions I was yelled at and hung up on. I discusssed this with my doctor but the issue was never addresssed or corrected. The doctor never responds to mychart. One time several weeks went by and he never got back to me about a message I left on mychart. When I called the office the rude staff kept telling me they would give him my messages. I only called twice in one day because it was regarding my medication. The second time I called one of the staff got really nasty with me. When my doctor of many years finally called me back, apparently the staff had gotten him so worked up that he was very rude to me. He actually talked to me like I was a five year old child and scolded me for calling so much. I had actually never been treated like that since I was a child. After that conversation, I got discharge papers in the mail a couple of weeks later. He had been my dr for many years. I lost all respect and trust for him.
