This is not about Dr. Hill in particular, but Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group - Norge (TPMG). The Drs. seem knowledgeable and nice enough, but in my opinion the service is lacking. I had chest pains last year and had tests done. It took three weeks to get results back and I had to call them for the information - they never called me. Yesterday, I got an antibiotic prescription to be filled the following day. I became too sick overnight to deliver the script to the pharmacy and asked if they could call it in so my wife could pick it up at lunch. They said they were too busy and maybe could do by it that afternooon. I had to get out of bed with a viral infection to deliver the script (but am angry enough to muster the strength to go here before going back to bed). They're generally nice at TPMG, but I have never been impressed with the quality of service or personal attention. I'm now looking for a new doctor. C. Davenport, WMBG, VA
