Very knowledgeable, thorough and puts you at ease. He takes time to listen to you and stays current on the ever changing landscape of medicine. I followed his practice from Newport News to Williamsburg and consider the drive well worth it, The one star ding I gave for punctuality I'm sure is caused by the amount of time he spends with his patients which is a good thing,

Dr. Ciconne is an incredible doctor. My husband and I were both military so we've seen many over the years but Dr Ciconne far exceeds any of them with patient care. The staff is great, office is very clean, he can run behind but he cares for his patients so well that it never bothers me or my family. He's received many new patients through me.

I found Dr. Ciccone off of a friend's recommendation after having a poor experience with another Williamsburg doctor, after relocating here. After knowing him for over a year now, he will remain my doctor. He listens to all your issues and takes genuine interest in making you well. I do find that the mechanism for contacting him by telephone in follow ups is rather clumsy. Talking to his staff usually yields very poor results so I now make it a point to schedule an office visit to discuss all issues. Other than that, I think that he is well qualified and caring GP.

Dr. Ciccone is the only Dr. that I trust with anyone of my health needs. He has been my doctor for well over 11 years, and he never lets me down. At times, his staff can be off key, and a little too rude for my taste, but Dr. C makes sure that everything gets fixed, and the attitude in checks. Without him, I sincerely believe I would not be alive today. I highly recommend him for anyone!

Dr. Ciccone is excellent! He is knowledgeable, kind, has a well-run office with polite staff, and always takes a personal and interactive approach with his patients. Rather than inundate you with every imaginable medication and risking a cascade of side effects, Dr. Ciccone demonstrates great skill in exercising a rational, well tempered and considerate approach to medicine. He is one of the better physicians I've had!

My wife and I have been with Dr. C forever and if my wife has her way she will see no other Dr. out there. As others say, he tends to run a little late but that is due to his care for his patients. His staff for the most part are great but right now I'm not too happy with them because they neglected to fax a script to a lab for needed blood work and I made a trip to the lab for nothing. Other than this instance I really don't have any other complaints. If you're looking for a caring and knowledgeable family doctor you can't go wrong with Dr. Ciccone.
