Dr. Laffal has been my doctor for decades. He knows his stuff, he keeps current, he's smart, friendly and perceptive. My care under his direction has been superior.

i saw dr. laffal once for a sick visit when i couldn't see my regular pcp in the practice. he was dismissive and just seemed not to care---to the extent that unexpectedly and without asking or warning he pulled my shirt up to my neck from the back. it was startling and did not make me feel safe. if the practice ever suggested i see him again, i would refuse.
