I have seen her on and off since I was a teen. She has always been nothing but kind, caring and reasonable when it comes to treatments. I would certainly recommend someone to her.
Her staff have always been great as well.

I saw Dr. Baxter several times while in hospital in Dec/Jan and she was always helpful, gentle, knowledgeable, encouraging, and answered all my questions. Her kind manner was reassuring to me.

Let us call a spade a spade. As a physician who used to regularly refer patients to Dr. Baxter and her colleagues at this clinic, there has been an obvious deterioration. Being seen in person, has allowed me to make the diagnosis. Retirement is long overdue for Dr. Baxter... Thank you for all your years of service, but it is time to allow for the other dermatologists to take over a role that you so obviously resent. The contempt that you express toward your dermatology and medical colleagues is barely veiled behind your forced mannerisms. Surprisingly, your colleagues have failed to unseat you from your throne and shows the desperate need for dermatologists in Nova Scotia.

If you want the most minimal care from a dermatologist, the Mary Baxter is the one for you. No compassion, no integrity, does not care about her patients.....Ya basic!

The suffering that has resulted from my interaction with Dr. Mary Baxter cannot be expressed. If you call Dr. Baxter on the errors that she has made watch out. You will be told that you do not understand anything about the medical system or how it is run. There will be no admission of her mistakes. Please do yourself a favour and steer as wide a path as you can from Dr. Baxter.
