This man could not have been kinder, gentler or
more professional. This was my third experience with this clinic. I had 4 colonoscopies previously in Calgary and was awake for each and was nauseous after each one. No such problems at all with Oakville Endoscopy Clinic. My most recent experience was on April 5th 2024 - a combo colonoscopy/gastroscopy. It went so very well. I’m sorry I have forgotten the anesthesiologist’s name, but he was fabulous as were the nurses and front-end staff. While I do appreciate everyone’s experience is different, I don’t understand any negative comments about Dr. Ayra, his staff or his clinic. This is a hugely demanding field of medicine and I honestly believe they go above and beyond.

Dr.Arya has bad bedside manners. Doesn't take the time to explain issues, and is in/out onto the next patient in minutes.

His office is very unprofessional, and doesn’t return or answer any form of communication.

Dr. Arya helped me tremendously when my liver was failing. I am very grateful for that, and no doubt he is very knowledgeable. However, his bedside manner is seriously lacking. When I was in the hospital with my liver failing, he really rudely and abruptly told me the news that I might die and wouldn't get a liver transplant. I was in my 20's at the time with two young kids. His tone and the way he made me feel that day still stick with me.

Doctor is amazing,made me feel comfortable ,answer all my questions,and did a fantastic job I thank you so much,also talked to your assistant at your office she is amazing also,I was really nervous and she was so kind to me ,thanks to you also

Awful experience all around. Office staff were rude and unhelpful - would not provide information about my procedure. Immediately before the procedure he asked if his training doctor could perform the test. This is unethical and should not be permitted when you are in a compromised position because I was afraid to say no! I was scared and worried about the procedure since it was a doctor with a little experience performing the test instead of him. This is not right. Worried enough about the results!! Speak up. Do not let this happen to you!

Terrible Doctor ruined my throat and caused a tear in my throat failed to put me asleep should had stopped when I awoke didn't and tore my throat!Still have night mares !

Dr. Arya is treating me for accute pancreatitis. Both my family doctor and a surgeon at OTMH recomended him. He truly took the time to explain what is happening in a pancreatitis attack and short term and long term prognosis. After 3 endoscopic ultra sounds my throat has zero pain the following day. Sec retary sarah is also very professional and nice. Brian F.
