Dr. Brunner is a nice person but too conservative in her treatment methods and unwilling to go against Group Health protocol (which is extremely conservative) to treat anything. She misdiagnosed a skin condition on me and as a result I ended up suffering two months longer than necessary before she referred me to a derm specialist. She also does not care about trying to keep costs down for her patients -- a big concern for those of us who are on high-deductible individual plans. She will order a battery of tests in order to narrow down a diagnosis instead of using her diagnostic skills to first do tests that might be the most helpful. She is always in a hurry -- although that's probably Group Health's fault and not hers.

Poor follow-up communication on test results. Did not keep her scheduled phone appointment - said she called at a different time, which she actually did not. Not knowledgeable, not helpful, didn't seem to care at all.
