Best doctor I have ever been to. He listens to you and doesn't force you out after 10 minutes like my GP. He actually tries to solve your health issues.

Dr. Martin-Smith has been my doctor for only a short time, but he’s already done so much for me. He actually listens to me and believes me, he’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As someone who has multiple chronic illnesses, I’m so grateful for Dr. Martin-Smith. He really is one of the best doctors around and I recommend him to anyone in a similar situation as me.

I have been seen Dr Martin-Smith since 1982. With two chronic progressive diseases, I’m not an easy patient. I feel honoured to have Dr Martin-Smith as my doctor. He takes his time, goes over everything while being a compassionate human being with a great sense of humor! Who could ask for a more perfect package. I know he keeps his eye on me between appointments since I often receive requisitions through the mail. Sue is the voice on the phone and has been with him for mant years now and is great. My hope is Dr is still practising long after I’m gone for no one could replace him. How can anyone complain about his tardiness when he spends forever with each of us!

I've been seeing Dr. Martin-Smith since 2005 several times a year. I have serious, complicated health issues of which Dr. Martin-Smith is on top of at all times. I could NOT find a better, more caring doctor. I didn't like to give him a poor rating for punctuality, but this is the truth and he devotes so much time to me. I'm not in and out. So I guess that's why he is always running late giving the same care to everyone.

Dr. Martin-Smith makes time for his patients; there is no rushing and no pressure to deal with "only one problem per visit" as there is with many doctors. (I think this is a reflection of how they are paid.) He has a holistic attitude towards patient care and is willing to deal with complicated medical histories and symptoms -- and to take time -- to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Not often on time, but willing to spend time with you to get as complete a picture as possible of your health.

Dr. Paul Martin Smith. He is the best. He not scary to send you to a specialist and he take time to talk and listen to you, also, very funny for a doctor, which make the appoinment more relaxing. He a doctor that take the time and patients to listen to you and advise what else to do. I had Paul Martin Smith for many years, he is the best in Orangeville, better than the regular doctors are, he care for his patients and he has compassion for his patients. But, you have to wait for your appointment , he well worst the wait.

dr Paul Martin Smith is a brilliant doctor, who has a charming manner and is very dedicated... a bit disorganized and not punctual- at all- but he will take a lot of time for his patients. Dr Martin smith will keep digging until he has found a root cause. he is generally open-minded and very knowledgeable.
