Found the staff (admin/office/nursing) to be a poor reflection on the practice. Many of the people I dealt with were not pleasant or courteous. Very gruff and matter of fact. Admin staff was of little help in resolving insurance issues/questions. Long wait periods in the waiting room, and during prep for the procedure. Staff seem disinterested in patients comfort, well being, or wait time. Dr. Finelli was pleasant, but stern---no bedside manner here. The office scheduling is chaotic. I did not even see the Dr. after the procedure. I cannot say my experience was pleasant or one I would recommend. (The procedure went fine).

Of the group, he's the one I picked to do my colonoscopy. He's thorough, takes his job seriously, and professional.
