Kunze should have his license pulled. Never returns calls. My primary doctor contacted his office and Kunze would not call back. The office staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. Fight to get appointment, fight to get them to call back, fight to contact Kunze and even a fight to get scripts. I tried to contact office for two days and no answer. I called another doctors office in the group. I was told the secretary turned off the phone because she was so busy.

Never had such pain from a colonoscopy. To make matters worse I cannot get in touch with Kunze. His staff is nasty when you call that is if they even answer the phone. Messages not returned.

I took my father there for an appointment and he was taken very fast. The bad part is he was out just as fast. I wonder what happened in such a short time? He refused to see Dr. Kunze again.

Kunze is arrogant who could care less. NEVER read my multi page medical history that had to be filled out prior to appointment and procedure. Kunze prescribed medication that I was listed as being allergic to. Pharmacy caught messed up and called Kunze office for alternative. Guess what? No answer or call back.

This doctor is only in it for the money. Now to see him you need a credit card in advance even if you have insurance. Doctor Kunze has the worst office staff.

Had a procedure done and Dr Kunze said he would call in a prescription that day. Day after day no prescription even after calling the office you get switched to voice mail message after message. No call back or prescription. One week later shazam its finally called in. Kunze also said to call him in two to three weeks after taking medicine. I called and called and called some more only to get voicemail. Prescription is now gone after 30 days. No Doctor, no prescription and no answer of phones. Seven weeks and counting. I called the emergency on call doctor and he said go to ER or call Kunze. STAY FROM THIS PLACE. Patient care or concern does not exist

Doctor is a rush. Get you in get you out. Assembly line is all it is. Right or wrong doctor does not care. Secretary is one of the worst ever and lies constantly. Nasty !!! Forget getting a call back if a problem arises or after leaving a message because most of the time its voicemail
