If you want a docter that has empathy and cares for there patients and that listens to you he is not the docter for you. He will tell you you're wrong even when you're right, it took going to the er for him to listem to me. He also is really sexist.

I have been with Dr Snape for over 40 years. He has always proven to be knowledgeable, only prescribes what NEEDS to be prescribed and is always professional.

Dr. Snape had been my GP for about 10 years, I followed him to a new location and was satisfied with him until I started having major discomfort in my hip, at 44 years old. It took me months to get x-ray results and had lost referrals to pain clinics and an orthopaedic surgeon. I was dismissed as too young to be having significant issues. After pursuing an MRI through a different doctor at a pain management centre, I was found to have urgent need for total hip replacement. Even after this, my referral to the surgeon of my choice was delayed twice due Dr. Snape's office not forwarding my MRI or x-Ray results, which I ended up having to do myself. When confronted about all the issues there was no apology, no actions taken to prevent further issues, and no real concern for my wellbeing.

He’s very helpful knowledgeable. He’s our doctor for more than 30 years. I feel comfortable talking to him everything regarding my health. He’s very professional and caring doctor. I’m not sure where to find a good doctor when he retires. Hopefully he won’t think about retiring yet I’ll be very sad.

Dr. Snape is just the best... i will follow him anywhere his practice goes... hes been my doctor since i was born and hes also been my daughters doctor since shes been bor ... he is very understanding and supportive he is also very knowledgeable as well

Has been my personal physician for over 30 years, He is understanding, listens carefully to complaints and reacts appropriately, while explaining clearly the reasons for his decisions and treatment regimens.

Doctor Snape has looked after me since I was born. He is fantastic and has cared for my own family. He is easily approachable and understands every situation. The nurses are caring and considerate. The front office staff seems stiff and standoffish. The quality of care is substantially higher than in most other institutions.

After I told him I was trans, he tried to send me to a program that had been closed for 3 years. He also didn't use my pronouns properly. I've spend close to 2 hours waiting to get in to see him. He prescribed medication that I felt was too risky for a toe infection my family member had, instead of trying a more conservative approach.
