Thank you Mikey you’ve been my doctor for all these years since 1991. I would recommend this man anywhere. I’ve known MICHAEL for 31 years who is my first doctor when he came out of med school. He’s awesome all my love.

Dr. Bateman and his nurse are excellent at their jobs. I had the misfortune to lose him as a doctor because I didnt see him frequently enough. He listens and does not treat his patients like they are on an assembly line at McDonald's. It also didnt help that I could never get an appointment within 3 months of calling. The front desk staff has always been inefficient, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I would fire all of them if I were their manager. I didnt even get a card to let me know I was dumped as a patient because they lost 4 doctors in the group. To further ascerbate my situation, they recommended a facility that was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a first visit. I am truly disappointed to lose Dr. Bateman. He is an awesome doctor.

If you like arrogant over weight Mormon doctors that think nothing about anything but their status at church then his is the doctor for you. Might be a marginal doctor if you are healthy and a male (you know how they feel about women). Just look at the remaining doctors and you will see why this clinic isn't for you if you care at all about your health.

Dr. Bateman is very competent, a good listener, and cares about his patients. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My family has gone to Dr Bateman for years and he has been terrific and we just love Heather as well. The front office does an okay job and I know it isn't easy doing what they do. Being a little more polished and looking a bit more uniformed could make a difference in how they are perceived.

I'm mainly writing this review because of the unfriendly front office staff. I just hung up the phone with one of the front desk people and decided it's time to write a review. They are unfriendly, uncaring, and everything a front desk person should not be. I cringe everytime I have to call because I wonder what kind of attitude I will be getting. I do have to say I just love Dr. Bateman and Dr. Weatherby. They are both so caring and patient doctors and worth the terrible front office staff.

Dr. Bateman and Heather are the best! I have had Dr. Bateman as my dr since I started junior high school, I am now 33 yrs old. Heather is organized and very personable. My calls are usually returned to me by her within a couple of hours. Appointments can take a while with him, but it's because he is taking his time with his patients and never rushes any of us, he always listens. I do agree with the other posts that the front desk employees could use some customer service training, but Dr. Bateman and Heather more than make up for the shortcomings of the front desk people.

Dr. Bateman and the medical staff are great. The front desk needs hospitality training. Bateman wanted to refer me for an ultrasound and his referral staff LOST the order I hand delivered to them. It is a week later and I am needing to call them daily to get them to schedule it. Hopefully it's not cancer or I may die before they get their act together.
