Dr Ross very careful when you visit my favourite dr in the town she is the best Dr front desk not friendly at all

Dr. Ross has been my family doctor for at least 20 years. She is compassionate, genuine, and she truly listens to her patients. She is also incredibly punctual, and flexible when I have needed to see her urgently. We need more doctors like her.

Dr. Ross has been our family doctor for 20 years. She is one of the best I've ever had. She is no nonsense but caring, efficient, an excellent listener and super knowledgeable. I completely trust her and have full confidence that she is taking care of my health with me. I miss seeing her now that she is so busy as the head of B.C. Doctors, however, all fill in doctors, I've seen have also been excellent.

K. Ross wrote in my Childs file that all age milestones were met and that all was normal. This could have delayed treatments for Autism that was diagnosed shortly after her assertions.
She also told me that my child had Asthma and this was inaccurate.
I learned that she is the BC doctors President and this alarms me. I found her offensive, condescending and unable to accept she made errors.

Dr. Ross is the best doctor I have had in my 72 years. She takes the time necessary to explain everything in a simple and complete way. She take ad much tome needed and is very thorough. When necessary she will refer you to the most qualified specialist to ensure you are taken care of and to ensure you receive the appropriate care.

I have found DrRoss to be initially very knowledgeable and caring. I believed everything was going well until the treatment she prescribed didn't work. Then she accused me of not following directions or not wanting to get better. It was extremely upsetting and when it continued after confirming I was taking all meds as directed and doing everything asked she became very frustrated with me and after 2 months of struggling and trying everything I was asked I was told I was being difficult and uncooperative. That I wanted to be sick. Nothing further from the truth. When I tried to explain more and be more interactive with helping to fix my failing treatment Dr Ross first avoided seeing me, leaving me to be seen by alternate doctors covering her appointments when she was absent. Soon afterwards with no improvement and no change in treatment she booted me put of her practice without any explanation given to me personally and no indication why in the letter. When I asked and insisted on a reason I was told, "I keep insisting on an explanation and this attitude made me a difficult patient, I was taking far more of her time to treat than necessary or fair to other patients." I felt this was unkind and simply untrue. All I ever questioned was if there were another treatment as the only one attempted simply did not work. To me it seemed Dr Ross was upset with me the treatment did not work.

Dr Ross is a great physician - she is experienced but caring; and puts you at ease quickly. She's also patient and explains symptoms and treatments in an easy to understand manner.
