Dr. Ostry has been my doctor for 22 years . She has always been very thorough and explains everything needed. When I go to her I always feel as though I am her only patient. That is just how great she is. And a wonderful doctor to my children and now grandchildren . Yes sometimes you have to wait or she's running late , but what Dr office wouldn't you? It just shows how great of a Dr she is and she always apologizes for your wait.

I haven't been in to the office for a couple of years and I was very pleased with changes since my last appointment. New office staff is a great improvement. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Changes to booking seems to have resolved the wait times which were much longer in past years. As always, Dr. Ostry is caring and thorough in her examinations. She seems to see all of me, not just what is wrong. She has provided excellent medical care for a serious health issue and I am very grateful that she is my physician.

Dr. Ostry was my physician for about 17 years and I love her. Sure, she was often late and rushing around but she always answered my questions, was very caring, humourous, kind and generally a wonderful physician. I have moved away and I miss her.

Dr Ostry has been my physician for over 20 years. I feel she listens to my concerns and does not rush me out the door. I greatly appreciate that she is not the type of physician who feels that prescribing medication is the cure for everything. She hears my symptoms and follows-up with proper testing and/ or referral to a specialist. The only knock I have is not on her specifically but rather I always have to wait for my appointment as she is usually running behind. Given I am extremely satisfied with her care, I always go prepared to wait.
