The worst experience at a Dentist EVER!!! Took him almost 2 hours to extract a molar. During the procedure I told him he was hurting me (numbness worn off) he said "you need to relax" Knowing I had to let him finish, while stitching my gum, he clamped onto my tongue with the forceps……….HORRIBLE Dentist!! Don't go!!

Dr. Carroll and his staff are WONDERFUL!! His gentle kindness is what keeps us coming back as he treats the whole family. The office is very clean and completely computerized and he can even show you your teeth on a monitor right in the chair. I always feel comfortable with Dr. Carroll.

Dr. Carroll is terrific. He is incredibly friendly and even made balloon animals for my children during our last visit. He gave me more than one option when I had a tooth that I had had fillings done in since I was young (when I didn't take care of my teeth!). I loved that he gave me his recommendation but ultimately I made the decision based on what was best for me + my pocketbook. He is very down to earth and takes the fear out of the process because he is so chatty & funny, yet always very professional. I love his hygenist too - she tells the funniest stories and makes the visits go quickly. The office is always immaculate which is very important to me. I have already recommended him to 5 of my friends & family members and they all think he's great.

Dr Carroll was one of the best I have had. He did 2 extractions, and 2 fillings, and I went back to work in the afternoon. Great follow up, and painless. I hate dentists as a rule, but I don't mind Dr C

Went to see Dr. Carroll. He took a set of digital x-rays. According to the x-rays he said I needed to replace two large fillings with crowns. Then he said he needed to replace a crown and he found that I needed two more crowns. In total: 5 crowns for a price of about $5,000.00. I told him if he could replace the large fillings with fillings and he said that the fillings would fall out. We agreed that he was going to replace a large filling with a filling. I went for the filling replacement and when he was almost done, he informed me that I needed a root canal and that he was putting a temporary filling. I went to another dentist for another opinion and this dentist said that it was nothing wrong with my teeth but now that my tooth was hurting I needed a root canal. Dr. Carroll refused to release the digital x-rays. Obviously, I went to another dentist to have the work done.

Wanted to do only crowns. Would not release x-rays taken by him to another dentist. Not very good.
