Dr Franklin is a knowledgeable, calm, informative, personable, nonjudgmental, professional and respectful doctor. He takes the time to explain things. Excellent. Takes the time to connect with patients. He is currently helping me with my weight issues and overall health concerns related to weight, in person. He was super helpful during the pandemic as well. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. A welcoming office. Thank you!

Dr. Franklin has been my family physician since the last 10 years. His knowledge of medicine is really vast. Would not change him for another family doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Franclin for over a decade and he is Extremely knowledgable and he has a passion to heal and to learn more of human body. He has always helped me every time I needed help and my kids also like going to see him. I totally recommend this doctor.

The staff at front desk are rude. Dr franklin is outdated and old-school. Lack of empathy to his patients. Does not test for conditions, literally have to be on death bed to get a simple blood test. Misdiagnosed my conditions a few times.

He was very condescending. He knew the medical condition that I had and if left untreated, it would lead to a full blown disease but he did not provide any follow up or resources for me. I'm writing this review years after I've been treated by another physician. I do not recommend this doctor.

The importance of safe COVID protocols before entry, upon entry are more then satisfactory. It's been consistent. Asked every single time. There was a time I could not enter for not passing the screening and that is fair, no exception. I want everyone to be safe - I can trust this office is making every effort to do their part.

I have been going to Dr.Franklin my enitre life. He is an incredible doctor. Unfortunately front staff isnt the kindest, but he is always willing to listen and help. As a young female in my late 20s I feel comfortable going to see him whenever I have a problem

I have been a patient of Dr.Franklin for about 20 years ever since he had his office in ridgeway.. he’s a good doctor I have no complaints about him although I feel “rushed” during visits.

Now his receptionist Eleanor sets the tone for this office.
The rudest most miserable person I’ve ever spoke to and unfortunately the first source of contact.
I’ve had a handful of interactions with her where I sit and wonder how she has a job speaking with people in the first place.
