Dr Karen is a gem. She is kind, caring and compassionate and knowledgeable. She not only listens to you but she really looks at you. As busy as she is, she never makes you feel like you have to rush. I started seeing Dr Karen about 4 years ago and with her help I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in many years. Having been a shift worker my entire career my sleep pattern was completely messed up. For years other Drs prescribed me sleeping pills. Dr karen could see the stress this lack of sleep had had taken on my body and within weeks had me sleeping 6-7 hrs a night without sleeping pills. I highly recommend her. And Mia her assistant is amazing..exactly the kind of person Dr Karen would have on her staff!

Have being seeing her for around 3 months. Absolutely love her! She is so kind, so caring, and very compassionate! Very glad I found her and I feel I am in good hands. I have had an in office visit and a phone visit. Both were excellent! I already feel better, more like myself, and I have been sick for years. I know I will continue to feel better, especially with how far I have already come in such a short time.
Also love her office! The location is amazing and as soon as I arrived at the office I felt welcomed and relaxed. That to me means a lot! Highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!!

Very happy I finally made the appointment to see Dr Freeze. My friend recommended her years ago and I put it off thinking I would get better. I was at my wits end and made the appointment. I am so pleased I did and my only regret is not seeing her years ago. I have been with Dr Freeze for close to 6 months and within our first visit I knew I came to the right person. She listened, she asked so many questions, and I felt she genuinely cared about my well being. After my 2nd visit with her my symptoms they I had been experiencing for over 15 years were 80% gone. Today they are 100% gone and I have my life back!! Don’t wait to regain your health - it’s so precious. I didn’t realize how bad I was feeling until I started to feel better. I also love they do zoom appointments which was so nice during covid.

Very impressed! The appointment was for my daughter. She was having tremendous issues with her menstrual cycles and other emotional issues as well.. We had sought the expertise of three doctors before finding Dr Freeze and I was at my wits end. I was very happy after the first visit and my daughter felt very comfortable speaking with Dr Freeze and that is not always easy for a teenager to be able to confide in someone. I must say it's been over a year now that I have met Dr Freeze and my daughter is 90% better. She has now graduated and was actually able to attend her last year of school which before she was not even able to attend most of her classes. I highly recommend Dr Freeze, she's a compassionate, loving, unique doctor and I wish there were more doctors like her out there. Teresa G.

I have never met a doctor like Dr. Freeze. Extremely compassionate and sweet. She went through my entire medical history with me and listened to every single one of my concerns regardless of how minor- took notes and thoroughly went back through it with me to create an action plan to remedy my issues. Still in the early stages of this but I feel immensely confident being under her care. I will be recommending her to everyone who needs care, no question about that!

Dr. freeze came highly recommended to me as a Naturopathic doctor. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. But after sitting down and talking with her for over an hour my fears were brought to rest and I felt so confident and comfortable with everything that we were going to do. My only wish was that I have found her years before and did not have to go through all the doctors that I had seen without any results! I have now been a patient of Dr Freeze's for over a year and I would say I am 90% symptom-free. Which sometimes I'm still in disbelief about since there were days I couldn't even get out of bed, I couldn't go to work, I could barely even take care of my kids. Dr. freeze is my families primary care physician and I highly recommend her as a doctor. Not only does she take her time to listen, she's compassionate and she cares. Many qualities that I found very rare in other doctors.!

I have been seen by Dr Freeze for my PMDD and I would say, this is one of the best doctor's encounter I have in my entire life. She always take time to listen, very knowledgeable. She is very comforting and always responds to my emails and concern promptly. And will even take time to call me by phone about my results and her plan of care. Now I'm symptom free.I love this Doctor. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Karen Freeze. She took the time to speak with me and was very helpful. Not all doctors are alike and some lack compassion but Dr. Freeze does care about her patients and that is something that is very important, especially when someone has an illness. She is an excellent doctor!

Just love Dr Freeze she is AMAZING I was having hormone and thyroid problems and she took the time to walk me through my treatment plan step by step and was there for weeks as we resolved the complications I was having!! I would and do recommend her to all my friends and am proud to say my whole family goes to see her and my close friends as well. Finding a doctor to fit my families health style has been difficult but Dr Freeze makes us feel comfortable and loved in the way she treats her patients. I am so glad we found her and suggest her to everyone!
