I love Dr. Burger. She is generally on time with her appointments and is always friendly. She sees me and both my parents and my brother. She is very down to earth and speaks to you like a normal person. My one parent has a lot of health issues and she has been excelent with her and goes to the hospital to check on her when shes admited. She has also been helpful that when my husband had a small work injury she took him right away even though he wasn't her patient. If you have an urgent situation and you explain it to the girls out front and get them to ask her she will always find the time to squeeze you in to her busy schedule. The staff out front has majorly improved over the last few years and the new building is absolutly beautiful and very profesional but also doesn't have that cold feeling, it makes you feel comfortable.

Asked about a skin irritation. She concluded that it is minor but was agigated that I was wasting her time. She is not friendly and did not make me feel comfortable.

She has been my Dr. for 4 yrs now, and she has been awesome for me. Always remembers the basics. Easy to talk to. I highly recommend her to others.

I really like seeing this doctor.She is very punctual and friendly.I have a lot of medical problems and have been admitted several times.Her care has always been what you would expect from a compassionate doctor.All my kids also love seeing her.

Very poor with my child. Very rough when checking my daughter's ears. Made her cry and then gave a flippent "sorry". We've only seen her twice, but she has no bedside manner with kids in my opinion.

She always remembers me and my children and talks to me in plain english not just medical terms nobody understands. She just makes you feel comfortable and is always willing to refer you to a specialist if she doesn't know.

I was recently very ill and this dr diagnosed me on my first visit to her office.I now feel like a new person.Her follow-up visits has been very good and she is always very helpful and knowledgable.My kids also love seeing her.

I find she is very personable and remembers me every time I'm there. She is very nice and approachable. If there is something she doesn't know about, she tells you up front but will find the answer for you. The staff up front (answering phones, booking appointments, etc.) has improved a lot over the past few months. One problem is that she is booked up quite often so it's hard to get in to see her within a day or two; you have to wait lots of times longer than 3 or 4 days which isn't useful if you are sick.
