It was years ago but I will never forget the pain this man inflicted. I do not call him a Dr as I believe part of their oath is to do no harm.
He performed a colonoscopy on me without anesthesia.
A nurse tried to console me, saying it would be over soon, as I screamed & sobbed in pain. I was given some anesthesia as I was being rolled into recovery so I then fell asleep. Good way for him to cover his malicious sadistic behaviour, make it appear I had been unconscious.
This procedure was far far more painful than childbirth. I will never forget the agony as I lay there screaming & begging him to stop. He continued without speaking a word.

I was so traumatized by his actions that over 20 years later when it was recommended I have a colonoscopy, my body began to shake & I felt like sobbing. I could not agree to it.
If he is still working I pity any poor soul that allows him near.

Saw him a few years ago, horrible experience. Went to another doctor for a second opinion and was able to get a diagnosis unlike when I saw dr fahy. Asked for a copy of tests and kept getting brushed off and took awhile to actually get a copy. Ordered tests but “they’re not going to find anything” when something was found, blamed it on something else. Not helpful or caring at all. Would never recommend anyone seeing him.

I was sent to see this Doctor to check why my liver enzymes were so high (in the 1900's) and after he did and examination, I mentioned I had a cold two weeks ago, he asked me if I had cough i said yes like a regular cold, then he said your dignosis is ASTHMA! What the heck asthma has anything to do with extremely hihg liver enzymes? I dont even have asthma, never had, I breathe ok, I do think because my liver enzymes kept coming back elevated and he didnt know the reason why he just throw the diagnosis Asthma, prescribed me two puffers that I never used, and my liver enzymes went back to normal eventually. He never bother to do more lliver tests, just said Asthma, he was very quick almost like he just wanted the apoointment to be over, and he also kept repeating You have to trust my diagnosis I have a lot of experience. Wow. I consulted with a pulmonary doctor afterwards and asked him if he thinks I have asthma, run a few tests and said my lungs are perfect and no Asthma, he doest undersdtand either why this Doctor dismissed me and diagnosed me with asthma instead of continuing to look for different reasons why my liver enzymes were that high. I think he should retire, Not a good Dcotor and i WILL NOT recommend him.

This Dr is negligent! !! He was in a rush to go home dismissed my chest pain as "pleurisy " and take advil.
well it was much more serious it was a heart attack, 90% blockage left atrial valve. Had stern put in. This gutless wonder quack would not even attend me upon my second admission! Same intake dr each time, he told me Dr fahey was "contrite" about his misdiagnosis.
Dr fahey you are a quack and I will now follows up with the college of physicians and surgeons.
You have had your hospital privileges taken away you are responsible for my near death!!!
If I could leave a minus 100 for you I would!

This was my first and last experience with Dr.Fahy. Very rude and inconsiderate to my wife and myself. Not very informative. A very arrogant man. I was told I was a smoker when I am actually not because I had a wheeze in my chest. I was also not given anything to wash with for the 3 days I was there. My room was very dirty. A very minimal cleaning. Back in Barrie where I can see a real doctor. This doctor caused me more stress while I was in there.

After my fathers second experience with Dr Fahy it has become abundantly clear that this doctor should not be practicing medicine. The first time my father was told it was all in his head, when in reality he required an ICD/pacemaker. The second time (almost three years later) it meant family intervention to get my father out of GBGH after Dr Fahy once again couldn't look after my father. He doesn't listen. He is rude. He is inept at doing his job. He stopped medication required. He gave medication not required, consequently causing my father to leave GBGH in worse shape than when he arrived. Back in Toronto where the doctors know what to do. Please retire Dr Fahey.
