It is upsetting seeing patients cry all because the people she hires to run her office and answer the phone are mean and down-right Bold to talk to patients with such attitude. Only 1 fellow has worked the front desk who was pleasant and he only worked there 6 months and he has been replaced with two girls and one of which is a complete bitxh. Oh and if you call to get a refill they remind the patient that they have 3 days to process that and get the doctor to write or fax a script, now that is some messed up s¢hit. Good Doctor but office policy will turn people off no matter how great the doctor is!
