The receptionist is terrible on phone and has a attitude towards the patients. The Receptionist is trying to call the pharmacy and fill the patient prescriptions in front of us where we are sitting, that is , right in the waiting room. There is not much privacy there. I am not so comfortable. What ever happened to the HIPPA Privacy rules.......
The Doctor also has a so so attitude towards the patients . She is busy in taking the notes than listening to the patients. Sometimes she tells about what happened to her in the past ( may be she is trying to relate to ) but first try to listen to the patient rather than pouring your heart out .

The secretary lied to me my wife and my wifes other doctors. The secretary also refused to call in my wifes abilify claiming that my wife was abusing it- which is preposturous. There is no benefit whatsoever. We are taking legal action against them and pursing malpractice.

Without knowing my adolescent child, Dr. Schnaidman made many (inaccurate) assumptions about her and said many things she found insensitive or offensive. She seems very knowledgeable about medication, but she doesn't seem to listen at all.
