Awesome experience. Dr. Heidi Zuckerman was gentle (most important to me), nice and explained everything. Her staff was pleasant. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Now maybe I'll start getting my cleanings every few months like I'm supposed to.

I went to see Dr. Zuckerman as a referral from a friend to have a cleaning and an achy tooth taken care of. She was fantastic! She did the cleaning herself, rather than pass me off to a hygenist, and was very gentle. She also did a filling and my tooth is no longer hurts from cold drinks. I will definitely see her again. She's sweet and gentle, with a great "bed-side-manner".

I had a visit with Dr. Heidi Zuckerman and found that a visit to a dentist can be an OK experience. I always feel the dentist is a necessary evil. But I have visited with her several times and found her to be careful and thorough. She helped me save a tooth that was almost destined to be pulled and replaced with a costly implant. That was a great savings for my wallet. She works in a very professional manner and made important recommendations that will help me keep my own 62 year old set of choppers. It certainly will beat the alternative. If anybody asks me for a dentist referral I have no hesitation in giving her name and number.

I came to Vitaldent for the free cleaning and ended up seeing Dr. Zuckerman. She was great! Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything that she was doing. My old dentist was a hack and screwed a few things up and Dr. Zuckerman was able to take care of one of the problems on the spot. I just made an appointment to take care of the other stuff. Overall a good experience, especially for someone who hates going to the dentist. Vital Dent is a decent enough place. Zuckerman is definitely a good doctor to see there.

This doc works for VITAL DENT a sort of Franchising dentistry offices. Terrible place. Please do yourself a favor and never ever go there. Zuckerman is incompetent, has no idea of what she is doing, she wanted to treat (A.K.A. drill) a few black spots that my regular dentist (one of the best dentists in the city) qualified like spots that I shouldn't worry about. I went there for a cleaning and she almost chocked me, poked me in the eye, didn't let me talk, dropped stuff on the floor, and hurt me like hell and she was also surprised when my gums didn't bleed saying "great gums, my other patients' gums usually bleed a lot when I do this to them" AND I BELIEVE IT!! You are not a dentist, you are a BUTCHER!! Stay far away from this doc. she has no idea, I don't even think she is a doc and if she really is shame on whoever let her out of school and whoever hired her!!!
