Dr. Chandler is okay but she's hardly ever there! Hometown Pediatrics is a HORRIBLE pediatrician's office! They're completely rude and impersonal. Their only interest is getting your money. I'd list all of the troubles they've put us through, but once again, they would be wasting my time. Save your money and go somewhere they actually care for your child.

We are seeking a new doctor. We have had to wait on average of 40 minutes each time we have an appointment. The staff has also failed to return phone calls promptly in order to fit us in per the doctor's instructions, and resulted in us having to take our child to the minor emergency clinic after hours. Dr. Chandler also gave breastfeeding advice beyond her expertise that inhibited us from continuing breastfeeding. I have also been concerned about her bedside manner. Rather than comforting my child during examinations, she held her down (as she screamed) without saying a word.

Office is nice, staff is helpful, Dr. Chandler is always on time and always takes the time to talk to you and answer your questions. I recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
